We hope that you all stayed safe, healthy and sane during the lock down level 4, and level 3 (did you enjoy the take-aways?).

First of all, as NZ has entered Covid-19 Alert Level 2, we would like to wish all the best for the many of you that will be able to go back to work now :-)

We are also pleased to let you know that our showroom is now open from 8:00 - 5:00 again.

However, in order to create the safest environment possible for all of our customers & staff we have put new measures in place.

Please take the time to read about these measures to avoid disappointment:

  • As per government guidelines, we will have a contact tracing system that requires for you to record your name, address and phone number on arrival. This is compulsory, or no showroom access will be granted.
  • If you are unwell with cold and flu symptoms please do not come to our showroom, or we will ask you to leave.
  • We have increased cleaning schedules in all areas with appropriate hospital grade spray/sanitiser.
  • To limit the flow of people coming in and out of the showroom, and to reduce customer interactions, we encourage you to make an “appointment” directly with us 24 hours in advance.
  • We will operate on the basis of one customer in one customer out.
  • If you turn up casually and there is someone already in the showroom, we will ask that you wait in your car until the other person has left our premises as there will be no waiting area available in our premises.
  • We will have a very strict no friends or family policy including no children to be present at the time of your visit - in no instance can we make allowances for this.
  • Only one person at the time will be let in the showroom and again, there will be no waiting area.
  • Please do not bring any props, stock or items to trial on our packaging/display products.
  • Payment can only be eftpos or credit card (MasterCard or Visa), no cash or cheques.
  • Last, as we will endeavour to accommodate everyone willing to visit the showroom, please be aware that we may limit your visit depending on the amount of people waiting to come in.

Our business hours have resumed to 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As the above measures may sound restrictive, please be assured that we are taking all necessary precautions to welcome you back safely and according to the guidelines, so please be patient as this is in the interest of all our communities.

We have now added a “Click & Collect” option at the check-out of our website (collection at our reception).

Last but not least, our website is constantly being updated to give you better info and pictures, and we also have a great detailed catalogue that we can send to you at no charge to help your selection.


As our website is being upgraded as we speak, the new, more user-friendly and faster format will go live around early June.
