Item: Broken China Jewellery
Turning discarded old China/Ceramic into fine jewellery art.
I strictly use fine silver to mold around the ceramic and then sterling in places like the bail and earring hooks where strength is needed.
The overall finish is quite organic. To help achieve this I couldn’t live without my pumice wheels that I purchased from Warburtons. The different grades are perfect for removing tiny starches or indentations during my setting process as fine silver marks very easily.
